Onsite network support services are available only in Seattle and Portland.
Networking
We specialize in working with small peer-to-peer and client-server networks of 2-20 computers, and with organizations that do not have in-house staff members with the time or expertise to manage the computer systems.
Scheduled Support
Our networking services have a strong emphasis on regularly scheduled support visits. This is the best way to ensure that the office continues to run smoothly, and it is more sustainable for everybody to plan for routine maintenance that avoids emergencies as much as possible.
Most scheduled support contracts provide maintenance on a monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly basis. We can also work with you to design a program specific to your needs.
Emergency Support
We provide emergency support only for scheduled support clients, and it must be specifically requested when arranging the support agreement.

We support full support for the following operating systems:
* Windows Vista/XP/2000 (anything older we will upgrade)
* Windows 2003/2000 Server
* Macintosh OS 10.x
* Macintosh OS 10 Server
We provide hardware and software purchasing recommendations as needed.
